The document includes provisions on health measures, specifically regarding self-isolation and self-quarantine, to be adopted in public spaces and within Nova Scotia territory. This provisions affect to fishing crews and fishing vessels, food production plants, public services such as Solid Waste, garbage and litter collection and disposal and Urban Forestry, Among others. The document also contain specific provisions for workers who are essential to the movement of people and goods, and for Temporary Foreign Workers.
