This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order approves the Regulation for registration, control and inspection of establishments related to poultry breeding. This Regulation (in Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Annexes, specifies that for the purposes of registration and inspection in AGED-MA, Poultry Commercial Establishments shall be classified according to purpose into three categories: Poultry Commercial Establishments: establishments for poultry exploitation for chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) and turkey (Meleagris galiopavo) bred for slaughtering; Commercial Establishments Orientation: establishment of commercial exploitation of eggs from chicken and quail (Cotumix cotumix) for consumption; Establishment of other birds breeding not considered in previous definitions, that may be intended for human consumption.
