Abstract This Order, consisting of 16 articles, regulates the entry and transport of products and by-products of animal origin into the Fernando de Noronha Archipelago. In particular, it aims at establishing that products and by-products of animal origin from establishments under State Inspection of the Agricultural and Livestock Protection and Inspection Agency of Pernambuco (ADAGRO) and under Federal Inspection by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), have free entry in the Archipelago of Fernando of Noronha if comply with sanitary inspection of the State of Pernambuco carried out by ADAGRO. Products and by-products of animal origin from the mainland destined to Fernando de Noronha, by sea transport, shall be inspected when embark at the Port of Recife and re-inspected by the Animal Protection Centre (CDA) at ATDEFN arriving at the Port of Santo Antônio in Fernando de Noronha.
