This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 11 Chapters, provides for the Sanitary Authorization requirements to be met by rural agribusiness establishments of Family Farming within the State of Pará. It approves the rules for the registration and inspection of agro-industrial family farming establishments throughout the territory of the State. Every rural agribusiness establishment of small scale will be authorized by the Agency of Agricultural and Animal Protection of the State of Pará - ADEPARÁ or by partner bodies.
