Abstract This Order, consisting of 18 articles, approves the Regulation on Technical Identity and Hygiene-Sanitary Quality for frozen crab, including claws and legs. It specifies that crab and crab products of Ucides cordatus species should be packaged separately, after collection, and then frozen, at a specific temperature, respecting the capacity of the cooling equipment.
