Abstract

This Order establishes the procedures for recording, reform, expansion and cancellation of registration of establishment of products of animal origin within the Inspection Service of Paraná/Products of Animal Origin (SIP/POA), of the Agricultural Protection Agency of Paraná (Adapar), and indication of establishments for adherence to the Unified Agricultural Health Care System - Brazilian Inspection System - Products of Animal Origin (SUASA-SISBI-POA). Anyone interested in registering an establishment of Products of Animal Origin-POA must, preliminarily, file a request for a prior inspection with Adapar's SIP/POA. The application must follow the model available on Adapar's website (www.adapar.pr.gov.br) and filed with the Local Agricultural Health Unit - ULSA of the establishment's status or other means to be defined by Adapar. The purpose of the preliminary inspection is to verify the possibility of the land or pre-existing establishment complying with sanitary inspection standards and good manufacturing practices. The preliminary inspection report will be valid for 2 years.
