This Order ADAGRI enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 5 articles, prohibits within the whole territory of the State the use of grasses with the purpose of conserving and protecting plants, plant products, by-products and related inputs. Plants, plant products, by-products and inputs that are being marketed and packaged and/or protected by grasses will be banned, and released only after the withdrawal and destruction of the protecting material (grass). Those who do not comply with the provisions of this Order shall be subject to offences and penalties set forth in State and Federal Laws.
