This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 6 articles, providing for phytosanitary measures to control the boll weevil within the state of Bahia. It establishes that every owner, lessee or occupant of the property cultivating cotton, must register their property(s) and/or area(s) under the ADAB, up to twenty (20) of November each year. In addition, it establishes total absence of live plants for the cotton crop in the State of Bahia during the period from 20 September to 20 November of each year.
