Abstract

This Order validates the form of an act drawn up based on the results of a planned (unplanned) measure of state supervision (control) over the licensee's compliance with the requirements of the Licensing Conditions for conducting economic activities for the production of veterinary drugs (Annex 1) and the form of the act drawn up based on the results of a planned (unplanned) measure of state supervision (control) over the licensee's compliance with the requirements of the Licensing Conditions for conducting business activities in veterinary practice (Annex 2).
