Abstract

This Order approves necessary rules for the performance of analytical methods for residues of substance that is pharmacologically active and it is used in food-producing animals, among issues regarding the interpretation of obtained results, as well as the methods that will be used for sampling according to the attached Annex. The General Directorate is charged with the implementation of this Order (with the involvement of other related national bodies such as National Authority for Veterinary and Plant Protection, National Food Authority and Safety Institute for Food and Veterinary).
