Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 55 of the Renewable Energy Act 2014. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the promotion of open space electricity production. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Proceedings of tenders (2); Requirements for promotion of open space electricity production (3); Penalties (4); Tasks of the Federal Network Agency (5); Data protection and legal protection (6).
