Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 3 of the Open Space Electricity Tender Ordinance. Article 1 establishes that the Federal Net Work Agency levies fees for the handling of tenders promoting opens space electricity production. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex laying down amount of fees to be levied.
