Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations make provisions for he marketing in interprovincial and export trade of wheat produced in Ontario. The Ontario Wheat Producers’ Marketing Board is empowered to regulate this trade in view of purchase and sale, transportation and processing, agents and quality control. The text consists of 9 sections.
