The Order grants to the Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario and the Ontario Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board the authority to regulate the marketing of turkeys in interprovincial and export trade. Furthermore, the Ontario Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board is authorized to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of Ontario who are engaged in the production or marketing of turkeys and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purposes.
