Abstract The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. Section 3 establishes that every producer shall pay to the Ontario Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board, in addition to the licence fees set out under the Ontario Turkey Producers’ Marketing Plan levies at the rate as listed in this section on every turkey sold by him that is in excess of his market allotment.
