Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Ontario Mineral Exploration Program Act. For the purposes of the present Regulation, a “prescribed mineral resource” is any rock, mineral or composite of minerals other than sand, gravel and crushed rock used for construction purposes, and other than natural gas and petroleum. The Regulation deals with the designation and authorization of various projects and the granting of special funds. The text consists of 9 sections.
