Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Ontario Local Forest Management Corporations. Section 1 rules that an Ontario local forest management corporation to be known in English as the “Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation” and in French as “Société de gestion forestière Nawiinginokiima” is established as a corporation without share capital. The text consists of 2 sections.
