Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations make provisions for he marketing in interprovincial and export trade of greenhouse vegetables produced in Ontario. The Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Producers’ Marketing Board is empowered to regulate this trade in view of sale of product, purchase of product, transportation of product, shipping of product and licences to producers. The text consists of 9 sections.
