Section 2 establishes that every producer situated in Ontario must pay to the Commodity Board, for all grapes of a variety set out in column 3 of the Schedule that are marketed by that producer in interprovincial and export trade, the total of the General Levy and the Research and Industry Development Levy set out respectively in columns 4 and 5 of that item.
