The Order grants to the Commodity Board (Grain Farmer of Ontario) and the Supervisory Board (Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission) the authority to regulate the marketing of grain in inter-provincial and export trade. The Commodity Board and the Supervisory Board are empowered to fix, impose and collect levies or charges from persons within Ontario who are engaged in the production or marketing of grain; and to use levies or charges for their own purposes.
