Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Commodity Board (Grain Farmer of Ontario) and the Supervisory Board (Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission) the authority to regulate the marketing of grain in inter-provincial and export trade.
