Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. Section 3 establishes that every producer shall pay to the Commodity Board, in addition to the licence fees set out under the Ontario Cream Producers’ Marketing-for-Processing Plan, levies at the rate listed in this section for each pound of butterfat sold or delivered by him to a plant that is in excess of the quota fixed and allotted to him.
