Abstract

The present Regulations is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations grant to the Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario and the Ontario Chicken Producers’ Marketing Board the authority to regulate the marketing of chickens in interprovincial and export trade. The text consists of 3 sections.
