Abstract The present Regulations enforce the Agricultural Products Marketing Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. A-6). In particular, the Regulations grant to the Ontario Bean Producers’ Marketing Board the authority to regulate the interprovincial and export trade of beans produces in Ontario.
