Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Agricultural Products Marketing Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. A-6). In particular, the Regulations grant to the Ontario Bean Producers’ Marketing Board the authority to regulate the interprovincial and export trade of beans produces in Ontario. The Board is empowered to make orders fixing levies and charges, to impose them and to collect them and use the revenue for its purposes. The text consists of 8 sections.
