Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario and the Ontario Apple Marketing Commission the authority to regulate the marketing of apples in interprovincial and export trade and to use levies or charges for their own purposes. The text consists of 3 sections.
