The legislation listed in the Schedule to this Act relates to a one-stop border post and shall be the basis for border control operations by the institution specified in the legislation: provided that where the provisions of the relevant legislation are in conflict with this Act, the provisions of this Act shall apply. Relevant legislation includes: the Agriculture (Fertilizers and Feed) Act, the Coffee Act, the Diaries and Diary Produce Act, the Cotton Act, the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Act, the Export of Pigs Act and the Forests Act, the Plant Pests and Diseases Act, the Plant Variety and Seeds Act, the Public Health Act and the Zambia Wildlife Act.
