Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation is to provide for the implementation of the Mines and Minerals Act. The central provision of this Regulation is contained in Part 2 dealing with projects. In particular, it lays down measures relating to application for projects, etc. The text consists of 7 Parts divided into 41 sections.
