According to section 4, the provisions of articles I to XI of the Liability Convention (which are reproduced in the First Schedule hereby attached) shall form part and be enforceable as part of the Law of Malta. Action for compensation under the Convention shal be broght in Malta before the Civil Court. Further, section 5 establishes that the provisions laid down in articles 1 to 15 of the Fund Convention (which are reproduced in the Second Schedule attached to this Act) shall form part and be enforceable as part of the Law of Malta.
