The maximum seed lot weight for seeds of sunflower and soya bean is increased to 25 tonnes. These Regulations also make provision for the minimum requirements in respect of primary sampling for seed lots of 20,001 kg and above. (Part I of Schedule 5 concerning the sampling of seed lots).
