This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 18 Sections, divided into six Parts, implements the Offshore Minerals Act 1999 by providing specifications on the maps that have to accompany exploration licences applications, on procedures for granting of exploration and mining licence, on the rehabilitation of coastal waters affected by mining activities, on the fixation of royalties for minerals and on record keeping.
