This Regulation commences on 9 september 2006.
Abstract

This Regulation implements the Offshore Minerals Act 1999 by providing specifications on the maps that have to accompany exploration licences applications, on procedures for granting of exploration and mining licence, on the rehabilitation of coastal waters affected by mining activities, on the fixation of royalties for minerals and on record keeping. The Regulation is divided into the following parts: Preliminary; Licences; Ballot procedures; Restoration of environment; Royalties and Miscellane
