Abstract

The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee informs that suits for the damage caused to the stock of fish must be brought for the total indemnification in the following cases: 1) If waterworks are not equipped with any fish protection equipment. 2) Waterworks are equipped with primitive (without project) low efficient fish protection equipment. 3) Mechanisms of the special (in accordance with the project) fish protection equipment (completely or partially) are out of order. 4) Fish protection equipment is running not in accordance with the project. 5) Running fish protection equipment in case of functioning in accordance with project doesn’t guarantee normative efficiency.
