Abstract These Regulations provide, for Wales, for the execution and enforcement of Community legislation regarding compliance with feed and food law, animal health and welfare. The Regulations also impose prohibitions on the introduction of imports of certain feed and certain food into Wales in the light of specified Community legislation. The Regulations define various offences in relation with obstruction of official controls, etc. and provide with respect to enforcement authorities and the monitoring of the Food Standards Agency of the operation of such authorities.
