Abstract

This Act provides for the application of the laws of South Australia to coastal waters and off-shore waters, as delimited in the schedules annexed to the Act. Under section 3, every law of the State that is not expressly or by necessary implication limited in application to acts or omissions occurring or matters, things or circumstances existing or arising within the State, applies in, over and under off shore waters.
