Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulations establish that the holder of a permit granted under section 71 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act shall pay to the Receiver General, for the permit, a certain fee for every 1 000 cubic metres, or portion thereof, of dredged or excavated material that is authorized by the permit to be dumped at sea.
