Abstract

These Regulations are divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (I); Open season, entry into National Park and camping sites (II); Motor vehicles and aircraft (III); General conduct within National Park (IV); Miscellaneous. Entrance in the Park requires a permit obtained from an authorized officer. The permit shall be issued subject to conditions as such officer may see fit. The Minister shall indicate entrance and exit points in the park (reg. 4). An authorized Officer may indicate camping sites in the park (reg.5). No person shall remove from the Park or destroy any flora, fauna or avifauna, without a written permission from the Director of the Department of Wildlife and Tourism (reg. 8). No person shall interfere in any way with any animals in the Park (reg. 10). Regulation 10 restricts the carrying of arms in the Park. Part V deals with enforcement, offences and penalties.
