The said Ordinance does not apply to potable water, spring water and natural mineral water. Article 3 prescribes the information to be stated on the label, such as fat, protein, calories, etc. Such substances (fat, sugar, protein, etc.) are defined in article 6. The Annex lists the admitted amount of vitamins and minerals. The Ordinance consists of 12 articles and 1 Annex.
