Abstract

The present Act issues provisions relating to the liability for nuclear incidents. An appropriate body is established to be known as the Nuclear Damage Claims Commission. The Commission shall deal with claims for compensation arising out of nuclear incidents. The text consists of 32 sections divided into 3 Parts.
