This Act enters into force on 1 July 2006.
Abstract

This Act, which is composed of 14 articles, establishes the National nuclear fund for decommissioning of nuclear installations and the management of spent fuel and radioactive waste. The Nuclear Fund is a legal entity established in Bratislava. The Nuclear Fund manages the funds related to management of nuclear materials and radioactive waste whose originator is unknown and to management of institutional radioactive waste. The financial resources of the Nuclear Fund may be used to reimburse eligible expenses resulted from activities related to end nuclear energy.
