Ss 1–2 of this Act enter into force on 28 February 2007. Remaining provisions on 30 April 2007.
Abstract

The purpose of this Act, consisting of 24 sections divided into four Parts, is to help protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of Queensland by prohibiting the construction and operation of particular nuclear reactors and other facilities in the nuclear fuel cycle.
