The Law provides for securing supply of radioactive materials and its resources, securing the environment against radioactive radiation and preventing its hazardous damages and prevention of spread of radioactive materials. The Nuclear Energy Organisation is in charge of implementation of this Law and the Law verifies the scope of its authority and responsibilities. The Law further provides for permit requirements, investigation and cancellation of the license, registration of radioactive resources and export and import. This Law further provides provision on exploration and extraction of the minerals containing radioactive materials. This Law consists of 57 Articles divided into 11 Sections.
