The present Regulations enter into force on 21 August 1986.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Noxious Weeds Act. In particular, the Regulations contain the relevant forms for the agreement to be made by the applicant and the Municipal Weed Inspector concerning noxious weeds. The text consists of 4 sections and 2 Forms.
