The present Regulations enter into force on 28 April 1987.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Noxious Weeds Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of clause 2(g) of the Act, the plants listed in the Appendix are designated as noxious weeds. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Annex.
