The Order grants the authority to both the Nova Scotia Turkey Marketing Board and the Nova Scotia Marketing Board to regulate the marketing of turkeys in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the afore-mentioned Boards are authorized to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of Nuova Scotia who are engaged in the production or marketing of turkeys and use the revenue for their own purposes.
