The Order grants the authority to the Pork Producers Marketing Board of Nova Scotia to regulate the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade. Under section 4 the afore-mentioned Producer Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons who are engaged in the production or marketing of hogs and use the revenue for its purposes.
