Abstract This Notification lays down rules for the inspection of containers in ships in the Turkish Customs Zone, in accordance with the Customs Law, Anti-Smuggling Law and the Law No. 815 on cabotage at the Turkish coastlines and trade within the territorial waters and ports. The cabotage commodities subject to control are listed in Annex-I, including plant products, export-prohibited goods, chemical substances, live animals and animal products, and fish and aquaculture products.
