(2) Pesticide residues in food, categorized as Hazardous Substances Type 4 under the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992), shall not exceed the Extraneous Maximum Residue Limit (EMRL) prescribed in the List No. 2 annexed to this Notification. (3) Pesticide residues in food other than (1) and (2) shall not exceed the limits recommended by Codex Alimentarius Commission, Joint FAO/WHO Food Standards Programme. However, these limits shall not be applied for the Hazardous Substances Type 4 under the Hazardous Substance Act B.E.2535 (1992).
