Abstract

This Notification provides for the requirements to be satisfied by garlic products. In this Notification, garlic products mean products which are made from prepared garlic, or are made up in form of liquid or dry and may be mixed with other ingredients and are filled in capsule or are pressed in tablets. Garlic products are prescribed foods to have labels and labels shall be approved prior to be used (Clause 1). Clause 5-6 sets up the rules for labels of garlic products for sale to consumers and
