Abstract

Clause 1 and Clause 2 are amended. Coconut oil, which is extracted from Cocos nucifera, is prescribed food to have qualities or standards (Clause 1). Coconut oil producers or importers for sale shall follow to the notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Production processes, production equipments, and food storage (Clause 2). The Notification amends also the validation period of food registration licenses or labelling approvals, producers’ or importers’ permits of Coconut oil which were issued prior to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. 57 B.E. 2524 (1981), Re: Coconut Oil, dated 20th January B.E. 2524 (1981).
