Abstract

Flavouring agents are foods which are required to bare labels (Clause 2). Flavouring agents shall be classified into 3 types: (1) Natural flavouring agent; (2) Imitate of natural flavouring agent; and (3) Synthesized flavouring agent (Clause 3). Clause 5-6 provide for the requirements to be satisfied by labels of flavouring agents. Flavouring agent producers or importers for sale shall follow to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Regarding Production Processes, Production Equipment and Food Storage (Clause 3).
