Food may be classified into 4 types: (1) Noodle; (2) Kao Tom (Boiled rice) and Joke (Porridge rice); (3) Broth and concentrated soup in cube, powdered or dried form; (4) Curries and curry pastes. Clause 5-9 regards quality requirements to be satisfied by semi-processed foods.
